post Chocolate wrapper that helps manage weight gain

I have two problems with chocolate bars:

  • They are irresistible and I end up eating lots of them, which makes me gain extra weight.
  • Despite all the efforts of manufacturers, the packaging has never been user friendly enough for me: I have no control over unwrapping process and often the bar just falls out of it before I start eating.

I think that solving the second problem could also help solve both of them!

Living a modern life can be stressful and there is nothing we can do about it. What we can do is to manage the stress.

One of the best ways to let off steam is to smash something like a plate against the wall (no kidding). The problem is that the resulting mess will cause additional stress. Vicious circle? Not at all.

It’s well known that brushing your tongue before going to bed is a good habit, helping maintain proper mouth hygiene and preventing bad breath in the morning. I have tried following this advice and attempted to clean my tongue using a toothbrush several times but it almost made me sick. Here is an idea how to make this procedure more comfortable.
